Terms and Conditions of 998bet — Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 998bet, a sports betting and online casino platform accessible at 998bet.xyz. Each User may hold only one active account at 998bet. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, mobile number, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible forfeiture of balances and bonuses. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact 998bet support immediately.

• Event postponed beyond 7 days or definitively cancelled: bets settled as void with a full refund.

Any available balance will be returned to the account holder after the verification process is complete, minus any unconverted bonuses. Processing takes up to 5 business days.

998bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Detection of fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity;

• Self-exclusion request by the User;
• Court order or requirement from a competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Any real-money balance deposited by the User will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, returned after deducting any amounts under investigation.

Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or bet) for more than 24 months are considered inactive. 998bet may apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee of R$ 5.00 to the balance of inactive accounts following email notification. Once the balance reaches R$ 0.00, the account may be closed. The User can reactivate their account at any time before closure by logging in to the platform.

998bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User, third-party internet connection failures, service interruptions caused by force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, telecommunications infrastructure failures), or unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own failure to keep their credentials secure.

All content on the 998bet platform — including the logo, text, design, software, source code, images, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 998bet or its licensors and is protected under Brazilian intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the relationship between the User and 998bet that cannot be settled amicably through platform support, the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, are hereby designated as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.
